Inflatable Moonwalk Quality
Our Moonwalks are made from the highest quality materials. They are the most durable on the market and are LATEX free. (return)

Cleanliness
All of our Moonwalks are washed and sanitized before and after each rental. (return)

Measurements
The dimensions of our standard size Moonwalks are approximately 15'x15' and 20' high. (These measurements are taken from the EXTERIOR of the Moonwalk, not the inside bouncing area). (return)

Capacity
Our standard size Moonwalks (15'x15') can safely hold up to 8 children at one time, but we recommend a maximum of 5 children. We want the children to have room to bounce freely and avoid accidental contact or injury.

We gladly invite adults and teens to join in the fun. The standard bounce can hold 4 adults. (return)

Reservations
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please call during these hours to make a reservation. Reservations are required for renting any of our items and making a reservation is easy!

Payment in full is due at time of booking. You can pay with your credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express), by check or you can make a cash payment at our office.

Payment CANNOT be made the day of the delivery! (return)

Delivery And Set Up
A delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from the LOCAL area.

We would prefer someone is home for delivery, but it is not necessary. You may leave delivery instructions with our office. We will ask you when and where you want the item set up and where the nearest power outlet is (if applicable). Please make sure the outlet is working before we arrive. If you do not have an outside outlet, you may run an extension cord from an inside outlet. Some of our larger items require more than one outlet. Please ask the office if this applies to the item you wish to rent.

NOTE : The location of the item can not be more than 100 feet from the power outlet!!

The area for your rented Moonwalk has to be at least 20'x20' with an overhead clearing of 20 feet. An additional 5 feet on each side is required for staking the Moonwalk down. THERE CAN BE NO OVERHEAD WIRES! We also need at least a 3 foot wide path leading to the area where the Moonwalk will be set up. The land has to be mostly level with easy access to the area. NO STEPS! The Moonwalks are too heavy to carry up steep inclines or steps so please describe the terrain to our staff.

If you have animals you must keep them inside the day of the delivery. If you have a dog in the yard when we arrive, we will not be able to deliver your item. Also please clean up any animal droppings prior to the day of delivery.

YOU MUST INFORM US if you have any underground wires, pipes, sprinklers or anything else buried in the area where the item is to be set up.

If you live on a dead end road let our office know when making your reservation so we can inform the drivers in advance. (return)

Cancellation And Rain Policies
When you reserve an item and pay in full, we will hold your item for the specific time and date you reserve. We will not rent this item to anyone else. If you cancel your rental, have to reschedule or do not pay the balance of your item YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! We will hold your deposit and give you up to two years to reschedule and apply the deposit to the balance. A 10% cancellation fee will apply.

If however, the weather is bad on the date of your reservation you may do one of the following

  • Take delivery and use the item
  • Reschedule for a later date
  • Cancel your reservation and pay a 10% cancelation fee.

Dunk Tanks, Tent and Larger Items
Our Dunk Tanks need a level area of at least 8'x8'. We need an extra wide path (at least 4 feet) to move the tank to the area it is to be set up. Please make sure you have enough hose to reach the area from the faucet. It is the customers responsibility to fill the tank. It takes about three bathtubs full of water to fill the tank. You may use chlorine tablets to keep the water fresh and sanitized if you wish but NO colored water, bubbles, foam, jello or other additives may be used. Remember to position the dunk tank away from guests and make sure there is a clear throwing range. Please make sure all balls are recovered and placed next to the tank prior to pick up.

The 20'x20' tent needs an area of at least 30'x30x20' to be set up.
The 20'x30' tent needs an area of at least 30'x40'x20' to be set up.
The 30'x30' tent needs an area of at least 40'x40'x25' to be set up.

Tents are usually set up on Wednesday or Thursday and taken down on Monday.
